Blended Learning in Maths and Physical Sciences

The new Roger Stevens Lecture Theatre here at Leeds
What is Blended Learning?

Blended Learning is the considered, complementary use of face-to-face teaching, online tools, technology, and resources to enhance student education. It encompasses student use of the internet, mobile devices, and/or social media in their learning, the use of Virtual Learning Environments, e-assessment, lecture capture, and desktop capture, and other learning and teaching approaches, usually mixed together with traditional face-to-face teaching.

These web-pages exist to promote the adoption of blended and digital learning in the Faculty of Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Leeds. They will be particularly useful to members of teaching staff who are looking for help, examples of good practice, and ideas about how to enhance their own teaching. Please do let us know if you have any feedback.
